Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 3, 2026
Your privacy is critically important to us. It is RSi Visuals's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our website. This Privacy Policy applies to www.rsi-visuals.com (hereinafter, "us", "we", or "www.rsi-visuals.com"), including the RSi Visuals Catalog and any shared airport lists or reports we make available to you. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personally identifiable information you may provide us through the Website. We have adopted this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") to explain what information may be collected on our Website, how we use this information, and under what circumstances we may disclose the information to third parties. This Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect through the Website and does not apply to our collection of information from other sources.
This Privacy Policy, together with the Terms and conditions posted on our Website, set forth the general rules and policies governing your use of our Website. Depending on your activities when visiting our Website, you may be required to agree to additional terms and conditions.
Who We Serve
RSi Visuals sells to organisations, not to consumers. Almost everyone who signs in to the Catalog does so as an employee or representative of a customer, supplier, or partner, using an address issued by that organisation. We treat a work email address as personal information regardless, because it identifies an individual, and this policy applies to it in full.
Website Visitors
Like most website operators, RSi Visuals collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. RSi Visuals's purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how RSi Visuals's visitors use its website. From time to time, RSi Visuals may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
RSi Visuals also records Internet Protocol (IP) addresses and browser user-agent strings when you sign in to the Catalog or open a shared list. We use these only to confirm that a sign-in came from you, to show you the origin of a sign-in attempt in confirmation emails, and to recognise a device you have used before. We do not use them for advertising or profiling.
Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
Certain visitors to RSi Visuals's websites choose to interact with RSi Visuals in ways that require RSi Visuals to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that RSi Visuals gathers depends on the nature of the interaction.
For Catalog users this is typically your name, work email address, job title, employer, and business telephone number, together with a record of the airports and products you have viewed, searched for, or added to a list.
Why We Collect It
We process this information to provide the Catalog and the shared lists and reports you request, to authenticate you and keep your account secure, and to understand which airports and products our customers are interested in so that we can prioritise the coverage we build. Under the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation we rely on our legitimate interests in operating and securing a business-to-business service and in understanding demand for our products, and on the performance of our contract with your employer where one is in place.
How Long We Keep It
Records of what you searched for and viewed keep your name attached to them for 90 days, so that we and your account manager can answer questions about your use of the service. After 90 days those records are permanently reduced to your employer: your identity is removed and cannot be restored, and what remains shows only that an organisation was interested in a particular airport or product. We keep that anonymous record indefinitely, because it tells us where to invest and no longer identifies anyone.
The records behind signing in — one-time sign-in links, device approval requests, and the record of a device you have signed in from — hold IP addresses and browser information. We delete these 90 days after they were last used. A device you keep signed in is not affected for as long as you continue to use it.
Your contact record itself is kept for as long as your organisation is a customer or prospective customer, and is deleted on request as described below.
Security
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Service Providers
We use a small number of third parties to operate the business. These act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes:
- Zoho Corporation — customer relationship management. Contact records for Catalog users are held in and synchronised with Zoho CRM.
- Laravel Forge and our hosting provider — operation of the servers on which the Website runs.
- Our email delivery provider — sending sign-in links, notifications, and reports you request.
We do not sell your information, and we do not disclose it to anyone else except where we are legally required to.
Links To External Sites
Our Service may contain links to external sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy and terms and conditions of every site you visit.
We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites, products or services.
Aggregated Statistics
RSi Visuals may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its website. RSi Visuals will not display this information publicly or provide it to others. RSi Visuals does not disclose your personally-identifying information.
Cookies
RSi Visuals uses only essential first-party cookies that are strictly necessary for the Website to function — for example, to maintain your session and to protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Because these cookies are strictly necessary, we do not ask for your consent to set them; the notice shown on first visit is for information only.
A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor's computer, and that the visitor's browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. You may set your browser to refuse cookies before using the Website, with the drawback that certain features of the Website may not function properly without the aid of cookies.
Analytics and Third-Party Tracking
RSi Visuals does not use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics, advertising, attribution, or cross-site tracking technologies on the Website. The Website does not load third-party tracking scripts, pixels, tags, or software development kits, and does not transmit your IP address or device or browser identifiers to third parties for marketing, analytics, attribution, or profiling. All fonts, icons, scripts, images, and stylesheets are served from our own servers, so loading a page on this Website does not cause your browser to contact anyone but us.
We do keep a simple count of how our own pages are used, so that we know which of them are worth maintaining. It works entirely on our own servers and nothing is sent to your browser to make it work: no analytics script, no pixel, no tag, and no cookie or other identifier of any kind. When a page on our marketing site is requested, we add one to a running total for that page, for that day, together with a general category for where the request came from — for example "a search engine" or "a link on another site". The category is worked out and the address of the referring site is then discarded; we do not keep it. We do not record your IP address, your browser, a visitor number, or anything else that could be used to recognise you, tell you apart from another visitor, or link your visits together, and we do not create a record of an individual visit at any point. We also count how many contact forms are submitted, as a number only, separately from the contents of any form you send us.
Because these totals contain nothing that identifies anyone, they are not personal information, and we keep them for as long as they remain useful. The consequence, which we accept deliberately, is that we cannot tell how many people visit the Website, only how many times its pages were requested.
If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control (Sec-GPC) or Do Not Track signal, we do not count your requests at all.
There is one exception, and it only happens if you ask for it. Some product pages offer a video. The video is not loaded until you press play, and when you do it is loaded from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not set advertising cookies but will receive your IP address in order to send you the video. If you do not play a video, YouTube is not contacted at all. Standard web server logs may record technical information such as IP address, browser type, and request time for the security, diagnostics, and operation of the Website.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. You will not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will ask for enough information to be confident of your identity, and will respond within one month, or within 45 days for requests made under California law. If we cannot meet that deadline we will tell you why and how long we need. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Your California Privacy Rights
This section applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"). These rights apply whether you dealt with us personally or in the course of your employment.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not sold or shared California residents' personal information in the preceding 12 months.
The categories of personal information the Website may collect are identifiers (such as your name, work email address, and IP address), professional or employment-related information (such as your job title and employer), and internet or network activity (such as the pages you viewed and the searches you ran). We use this information only to operate, secure, and maintain the Website and to understand demand for our products; we do not use it for advertising or to build profiles of individuals.
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access to or deletion of that information, to request correction of inaccurate information, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and to not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. We do not collect sensitive personal information as that term is defined by the CCPA. Because we do not sell or share personal information, no opt-out is required; where applicable, we honor browser-based opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below.
Privacy Policy Changes
Although most changes are likely to be minor, RSi Visuals may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in RSi Visuals's sole discretion. RSi Visuals encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
